My love of good food, good health and good friends led me to my dream of providing Cottage Cheese Pancake Mix for others to enjoy. I believe America needs healthier choices that are as fun and exciting to cook, as they are to eat.   

In 1986, I started by mixing the ingredients for Cottage Cheese Pancakes Mix by hand in the basement of my home in Spokane Washington. This eventually graduated to having a stainless steel drum made to fit an old cement mixer that my dad had. At that time my main focus was to sell to specialty food stores.   

About 1991 I was beginning to receive interest from the grocery industry. Lacking the means to take my mixes to the grocery level, I decided to cease doing business and returned full time to work in 1992. Seven years later I am married and have a wonderful 3-year-old son and live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Still receiving requests for my Cottage Cheese Pancake Mix, I decided to resurrect the company where I left off.   

Adding 3 new products to our line, all products are now co-packed by a company in Seattle WA. A shipping facility is also retained in Coeur d'Alene where samples and small orders are shipped. Our office is the actual building our logo is designed after.   

Introduction of our mixes took place in January of 2000. The interest was much greater than expected. Sales in the first quarter reached into our second year projections. We believe quality products and a unique choice for the consumers is most important. Our goal is to provide and establish a quality line of pancake mixes readily available to the consumer through their neighborhood grocery..
